Whether you have a cutting board, display board, or serving board, conditioning is an extremely important part of booard maintenance. Over time, the wood dries a little bit, gets some nicks and scratches, and looks used (as it should). Giving your board a bit of a "spa day" can bring it back to life by rehydrating the wood, buffingout the scratches, and resealing it. This is something we recommend be done regulalry to increase the longevity of your board
